Repair Service Process

5 simple steps.

1. Download the Repair Description Form (RDF)

2. Complete the RDF.

Include as many details as possible.

3. Pack the product for transport

Make sure the product is securely packed in a box.

4. Review the Omron Repair Policy.

5. Send the product.

Make sure to include the completed RDF in the box. If there are more than 4 products returned for repair, complete additional RDFs.

Omron's repair service assures that your Omron products are repaired or replaced expediently to protect your automation investment. Our expert technicians repair and test virtually all Omron automation products. Omron product repairs should be sent to the following location:

Repair Time Schedule

  • Standard Repairs: Once Authorization is received to proceed with the repair, the repair will¬† be completed within 10 business days.
  • Rush Repairs: The repair will be completed within 3-5 business days from authorization date. Rush repairs will be charged a 10% premium of the standard repair cost plus freight charges.
  • Expedited Emergency Repairs: The repair will be handled within 2 business days for emergencies only. Emergency repairs are for customers with line-down situations or customers without spare products. Emergency repairs will be charged a 25% premium of the standard repair cost plus freight charges.
